We want you to love your KITSCH beauty essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns on most items within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your beauty tools or hair accessories in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
